Payments and Cancellations

You may purchase a Paid Horoscope directly from Prakash Astrologer (1) paying a horoscope fee in advance on a monthly, weekly or yearly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase; or (2) pre-payment giving you access to all Prakash Astrologer content for a specific time period.

Prakash Astrologer may change the price for the Paid Horoscopes, including recurring horoscope fees, the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid), or from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next horoscope period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use Prakash Astrologer content after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by canceling from the Paid Horoscope prior to the price change going into effect.

Renewal and Cancellation

Unless your Paid Horoscope has been purchased for a Pre-Paid Period, your payment to Prakash Astrologer which you purchased the Paid Horoscope will automatically renew at the end of the applicable horoscope period, unless you cancel your Paid Horoscope before the end of the then-current horoscope period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current horoscope period, and you will be downgraded.

To proceed you must agree with the terms of service – By clicking “Submit” you agree that you are purchasing a continuous year-to-year/month-to-month/week-to-week (depending on your option) horoscope which will automatically renew, and that the price of your selected horoscope plan level and/or add on(s) will be billed to your designated payment method monthly/weekly/yearly as a recurring charge, unless you cancel your horoscope(s), through your account dashboard, before the beginning of your next yearly/monthly/weekly billing period. You will be billed for the full yearly/monthly/weekly period in which you cancel and no refunds will be given. By purchasing a horoscope, you agree to a minimum one year/month/week purchase obligation depending on your chosen payment horoscope.
